All arrear salary proposal should be submitted as per format of Finance (Bt) Department’s guideline along with the following necessary documents:-

  • Statement of to-be drawn already-drawan
  • Non Drawal Certificate from concerned Treasury
  • Specific Reason for non-drawal of arrear salary with supporting documents.
  • DDO’s certificate declaring the incumbent was working in valid sanction post or not for the period in question of arrear.
