Generally, allotment of fund for a current financial year is issued & distributed through online within 20th April.

DDOs will have to submit requirement of fund for the current financial year to the I/S along with "L" form and Form B-I before 20th March and I/S will submit the consolidated statement for requirement of fund of all the DDOs within 6th April. The necessary formats for submission of requirement of fund/ budget demand etc are forwarded to DDO from time to time.
